- Oats ( I used banana pecan and almond oatbox oats) – ¼ cup
- Almond milk/ milk – 1 cup
- Honey – 1 tsp
- Ground cinnamon – ¼ tsp
- Fruits like blueberry, orange, apple, berries – ¼ cup
- In a blender, combine all ingredients, puree until smooth.
- Serve immediately with some granola oats, fruits on top.
