
Kicking things up with spicy olive oil from @maisonorphee and a creamy peanut sauce that clings to every strand of noodle. Bold, nutty, spicy, and satisfying in every bite! Perfect weeknight comfort food.
I saw the spicy police oil from maison prphee and had to try them. Tasted so good on my noodles. I tried them on my pizza and morning toast which was delicious as well.

Ingredients
- Noodles (any type – ramen, rice, or wheat)
• 2 tbsp peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
• 2–3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1–2 green chilies, finely chopped
• 1–2 tsp red chili flakes (adjust to heat preference)
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp Maison Orphee Spicy Olive Oil
• 1/2 tsp onion powder
• 2 tbsp noodle water (reserved from boiling noodles)
• 1 tbsp peanuts, crushed or whole (for crunch)
• 1 tsp sesame seeds (plus more for garnish)
• Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Directions
- 1. Cook the noodles:
Boil noodles as per package instructions. Reserve a few tablespoons of the noodle water before draining.
2. Make the sauce:
In a bowl, mix:
• Peanut butter
• Soy sauce
• Onion powder
• Red chili flakes
• Noodle water (to thin it slightly)
• green chillies
• garlic
3. Sauté aromatics:
In a pan over medium heat, add the spicy olive oil.
4. Combine:
• Add the heated olive oil to the pan of sauce. Add the noodles as well.
• Toss everything together until noodles are well coated.
5. Garnish:
• Sprinkle crushed peanuts and sesame seeds.
• Add fresh coriander leaves on top.
